Need an idea for a workflow to organize your work and personal tasks? We prepared several setups to help you get started with Todoist, or get an idea of how you could manage your tasks. A setup includes projects, filters, and labels to copy into your account and start adjusting in a way that best suits you. 

Use a setup

Each template has a description and a demo video to walk you through how to use it. Here's how to add a setup:

  1. Click the add icon next to My Projects.
  2. Select Browse Templates.
  3. Select the Setups tab in the sidebar.
  4. Open a setup that you’d like to preview. You can preview the content of projects, filters, and labels in this setup.
  5. Click Copy setup to add this setup to your Todoist account.

Remove a setup

If you want to remove the entire setup after it's been added to your Todoist account, you'll need to individually delete the projects, filters, and labels.

FAQ

It's only possible to copy the whole setup. Once you import it, you can delete elements that do not suit your workflow.
